This recipe has been perfected and is ready to be delivered to you. After relocating from my lifelong home of New Orleans, Louisiana to the amazing city that is Pensacola, Florida in mid 2021, I found myself perplexed that this staple of New Orleans cuisine was not available in the area. As such, I made it my mission to create the recipe you see before you. After much trial and error, I have succeeded in creating not only this recipe, but also the recipes shown below, and am proud to bring each of them to the Pensacola market.
