Vegan is a catch all phrase that indicates that the product does not include animal products of any kind. (i.e. Milk, Butter, Eggs, Animal Fat, etc.) This is helpful to non-vegans who might have dairy or poultry allergies.
No. At the moment we are utilizing a commissary kitchen in partnership with Pensacola Cooks Commissary Classroom and Kitchen. We retail at local farmer's markets and events, but our primary mission is wholesale distribution.
